EIN works with civil society organisations from across Europe to help implement judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.

It organises regular briefings to the member states’ representatives to the Council of Europe in view of the Committee of Ministers’ quarterly Human Rights (DH) meetings.

With the briefings, we aim to provide the Committee of Ministers with updated information on specific cases most relevant to the DH agenda, from civil society on the ground.

Countries shown in red are those which have an EIN member or partner organisation - or which have been the subject of a judgment that one of these organisations has made submissions on to the Committee of Ministers.
